 How to prepare Cheese & Onion Bake

If you want to prepare it at home here is the Recipe…

  • First of all you should cook the onion and potato. Take a pan and put one tablespoon of butter in it. Cook the diced onions and potatoes in the pan for 5-7 minutes or until soft.
  • Then take a bowl and put grated cheddar, soft cheese, cooked onion, and potato in it.
  • Now spread salt and pepper on it and mix it well.
  • Now roll out the puff pastry and cut into rectangles or squares.
  • You should use a spoon for the filling. Take a spoon full of the mixture and put in the center of the pastry pieces.
  • When you have done the filling, fold the pastry to form a pocket and then seal the edges with a fork.
  • You can optionally brush the pastry with beaten egg or plant-based milk for a golden finish as I do.
  • Start your oven and heat it up to 200°C (400°F) and place the pastry pieces in it. Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
