  • I love making hot chocolate coffee at home, and I use this recipe to do it. 
  • I start by mixing sugar, cocoa powder, and a pinch of salt in a small bowl. 
  • Just like me, you should heat a saucepan over medium heat with a small amount of water.
  • Add the sugar and cocoa mixture and stir until a smooth paste forms. 
  • I heat it for another minute or two, stirring all the time, until the mixture thickens and no longer bubbles. 
  • Then, do as I do and slowly pour the milk into the saucepan, stirring constantly to incorporate. 
  • Next, place the mixture over medium heat and stir occasionally to bring it to a boil, but not down. It’s time to transfer the chocolate to a large bowl. 
  • Sip slowly and enjoy your large hot chocolate.
