If you want to prepare it at home here is the recipe…

  • The first step you should do is to cook sauté onion in olive oil until soft. Then add Quorn™ sage, salt, and pepper.
  • Cook until you see it is golden brown. Then you should mix it in breadcrumbs. 
  • Now roll out the puff pastry and cut into rectangles. Use a spoon to fill the mixture you made, onto the pastry, roll, and seal edges.
  • Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
  • Put the rolls in the oven and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
  • After this, take it out from the oven and serve hot.
